Yes, Baha Bay offers a limited amount of day passes to public non-resort guests.
No, Baha Bay day passes do not include access to the Baha Mar resort.
Baha Bay guests do have access to Beach Club but only by reservation. Reservations are required for children 11 years of age and older, and include a minimum food and beverage spend.
Yes, day pass holders have access to the beach directly adjacent to the Baha Bay Beach Club.
No, Baha Mar resort guests do not need to make a reservation for general access to Baha Bay.

No, Baha Bay tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Yes, there will be a limited number of public day passes available each day.

Yes in-and-out privileges are permitted for both Baha Mar resort guests and non-resort guests. Both will be required to present their access band on both entry and exit.
Baha Bay is cashless inside of the venue. Baha Mar guests are able to charge all rentals, food & beverage and cabanas to their room.
All major credit cards are accepted within Baha Bay.
Yes, Baha Bay offers free wifi within the venue.
Swim suits, pool attire and similar apparel is permitted. Footwear, clothing, and jewelry restrictions may be in place on certain attractions for safety precautions. Safety guidelines will be available for each attraction at Baha Bay.
We regret that pets are not allowed at Baha Bay. Service animals are an exception to this policy.
Outside food & beverage is not permitted into Baha Bay.
Yes, but all bags will be subject to inspection upon entry. Glass bottles and other glass items are strictly prohibited at Baha Bay.

Non-Resort Guests COVID & Entry Protocols
To maintain a safe environment for our guests and associates, we require that non-vaccinated guests visiting Baha Bay have a negative COVID-19 rapid antigen test taken within 5 days of your visit at an approved Baha Mar COVID testing partner facility. International negative COVID-19 rapid antigen tests will be accepted.
Non-resort guests who have proof of being fully vaccinated and having passed the two-week immunity period are exempt from COVID-19 testing requirements for entry.
Children 10 and under are exempt from testing and vaccination requirements.
Proof of vaccination or negative rapid antigen test will need to be provided at the security check point prior to entering Baha Bay.
Yes, all guests 14 years of age or older are required to present identification prior to entering Baha Bay.
Safety & Experience Guidelines
Baha Bay guests under 13 must be accompanied by an adult.
The height restriction for most attractions is 48″ and above. There are a few specific restrictions on the attractions below:
- Baha Bay Lagoon – Children 42″ and below must be accompanied by an adult. No weight restriction.
- The River – Children 42″ and below must be accompanied by an adult. No weight restriction.
- Turtle Beach – Children 42″ and below must be accompanied by an adult. No weight restriction.
- Stingray Cove – Children 42″ and below must be accompanied by an adult. No weight restriction.
- The Surf – Minimum height of 42″. No weight restriction.
- Thunderball & Pirate’s Plunge – Minimum height of 48″. No weight restriction.
- Devil’s Backbone – Minimum height of 48″. Max individual weight of 300lbs per rider.
- Dueling Riptide Coaster – Minimum height of 48″. Max individual weight of 270lbs per rider and max combined two-person raft weight of 400lbs.
- Cyclone Rush & Hammerhead – Minimum height of 48″. Max individual weight of 270lbs per rider and max combined raft weight of 770lbs.
Yes, there is a first aid clinic within Baha Bay equipped with EMT service. Baha Bay also has ambulance service to all local hospitals in the case that hospital care is required.
Yes, all of our Baha Bay Lifeguards are StarGuard Elite (SGE) Certified.
Yes, Baha Bay is wheelchair accessible. There are wheelchair accessible restrooms throughout the park and The River and Baha Bay Lagoon both feature zero depth entry access points.
For guest safety, floatation devices will not be permitted into Baha Bay with the exception of personal floatation devices (PFD’s) that are clearly labeled by an internationally recognized entity. Baha Bay provides complimentary life jackets for all Baha Bay guests.
